Cancellation Policy
To help us manage our schedule and offer appointments to others, we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge. Thank you for your understanding.

Salt therapy delivers the best results when undertaken as a structured course. By attending sessions regularly, you give your body the opportunity to respond more effectively—supporting respiratory health, skin conditions, and overall wellbeing with more noticeable and lasting outcomes.
Our salt therapy courses are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Suitable for occasional visits or maintenance after completing a course.
Children sessions:
Our standard session and course pricing is the same for both children and adults. For children under 13 years of age, when a full-priced session or course is purchased, one accompanying adult may attend free of charge.
