Introductory Session
Our policy strictly prohibits refunds for purchases of salt therapy session(s) or packages. However, purchasers may request the transfer of their unused salt therapy sessions to another individual within the validity period. Such unused sessions are transferable one time only by the original purchaser, and subsequent transfers by the recipient are not permitted. For further details or to initiate a transfer of your salt therapy sessions, please contact us.
