Is salt therapy safe?Salt therapy is safe and drug-free, providing effective long-term relief and can be used along side prescribed medication as a complementary treatment.
-
What happens during a salt therapy session?During a salt therapy session, you will relax in a comfortable, tranquil room that is filled with finely ground salt particles. These particles are dispersed into the air by a special halogenerator, creating a microclimate similar to that of a salt cave. The session lasts 60 minutes. As you breathe in the salty air, the particles help to clear the respiratory system, reduce inflammation, and promote overall relaxation. The environment is peaceful, with soft lighting and soothing music, allowing you to unwind while benefiting from the therapeutic effects of the salt.
-
What do you wear?No specific clothing is required; however, we recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting salt on, as the particles resemble dust but can easily be brushed off or washed away. For individuals with eczema or psoriasis, wearing a T-shirt and shorts is advised to allow the skin to benefit from salt exposure. Upon arrival, we will provide shoe covers and hairnets for you to wear during your session, ensuring our rooms remain clean and hygienic.
-
Can I bring my phone or other electrical devices into the room?We recommend refraining from using electronic devices during your session, as the salt particles can potentially cause damage. To make the most of the calming benefits of salt therapy, we encourage you to store all devices in the lockers provided. Should you choose to use a device, it will be at your own risk. Please ensure it is muted and the screen brightness is lowered to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
