Yes. You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting Salt Clinic MK directly. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled payment date. Please note that cancelling your Direct Debit alone does not cancel your Membership. Any Membership benefits and eligibility will remain subject to our full Membership Terms & Conditions.

Yes. Memberships can be purchased for either an adult or child member and are registered to one named member only.

Yes. After 3 consecutive months of active Membership, Members can access additional Top-Up Sessions at 50% off the standard session price. Once your monthly sessions and any available Rollover Sessions have been used, Members may request a private Top-Up Session purchase link or purchase directly through Salt Clinic MK.

Unused eligible monthly sessions may be converted into Rollover Sessions, allowing you to save sessions for future use when needed. Rollover Sessions may also be used for approved family members or guests attending the same appointment, subject to your Membership Terms and clinic availability.

Monthly sessions should be used within your active Membership month. Eligible unused sessions may convert into Rollover Sessions, subject to the annual rollover allowance and maximum balance limits included with your Membership plan. Once your annual rollover allowance has been reached, any further unused monthly sessions will expire and cannot be carried forward. Please refer to our full Membership Terms & Conditions for plan-specific rollover limits.

Yes. Members may rejoin after cancelling, however a 6 month waiting period applies before becoming eligible to join again. If any unused Rollover Sessions remain after cancellation, the 6 month waiting period will begin once your final Rollover Session has been used in accordance with our Membership Terms & Conditions.

No. Memberships are registered to one named member only and cannot be shared, transferred or used by another person. All membership sessions and benefits apply solely to the registered member.
