These Membership Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Salt Clinic MK Wellness Membership (“Membership”) operated by Salt Clinic MK Ltd (“the Clinic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing a Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Plans
The Clinic offers the following monthly Membership options:

 

STARTER Membership

• £40 per month


• Includes up to 2 salt therapy sessions per membership month

 

ESSENTIAL Membership 
• £58 per month


• Includes up to 4 salt therapy sessions per membership month

 

COMPLETE Membership 
• £96 per month


• Includes up to 8 salt therapy sessions per membership month

Membership fees are collected monthly by recurring payment.

2. Membership Benefits
Membership includes the following benefits:
• Monthly salt therapy sessions according to the selected Membership Plan

• Additional Top-Up Sessions at 50% off standard session pricing

• Complimentary access to selected Salt Clinic MK wellness events

• Loyalty reward of 1 complimentary salt therapy session for every completed continuous membership year

• Use of eligible Rollover Sessions for approved family members or guests, subject to this policy

Membership benefits are personal to the Member except where otherwise stated in these Terms.

3. Membership Benefit Qualification
Membership may be cancelled at any time by the Member in accordance with the cancellation process set out in this policy.

There is no minimum contract period, and Members may choose to cancel at any time.

 

However, the following Membership benefits will only become available once the Member has completed 3 consecutive successful monthly payments without interruption:
• 50% discounted Top-Up Sessions

• Complimentary wellness event access

• Annual loyalty reward session

• Use of Rollover Sessions for family members or guests

Monthly salt therapy session allowances remain active immediately from the date Membership begins.

 

If Membership is cancelled before completion of 3 consecutive monthly payments, the Member will retain access only to the standard monthly session allowance and will not qualify for enhanced Membership benefits.

Annual Loyalty Session

The complimentary Annual Loyalty Session:

• Is awarded after each completed year of continuous active membership.

• Must be used within 12 months of being awarded.

• Cannot be rolled over into future years.

• Cannot accumulate if unused.

• Has no cash value.

• Cannot be transferred to another person.

Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit

 

4. Session Rollover

Unused monthly sessions may be carried forward as Rollover Sessions, providing flexibility during holidays, illness, travel and Salt Clinic MK's planned annual closures. This helps ensure Members have a fair opportunity to use the sessions included within their Wellness

Plus membership.

Each Wellness Plus membership allows Members to build up Rollover Sessions up to the following maximum balance:

 

Wellness Membership  Maximum Rollover Balance:

STARTER Membership  -  3 Rollover Sessions Max

ESSENTIAL Membership  - 8 Rollover Sessions Max

COMPLETE Membership - 16 Rollover Sessions Max

Unused monthly sessions automatically become Rollover Sessions until the maximum balance for the Member's Wellness Plus membership has been reached.

 

Once the maximum balance has been reached, any further unused monthly sessions will expire and cannot be carried forward until sufficient Rollover Sessions have been used.

 

Rollover Sessions:

• Have no cash value.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.

• Cannot be transferred, sold or gifted.

• Remain subject to these Terms and Conditions.

 

5. Children's Salt Therapy Sessions
Wellness Plus sessions may be used for either Adult or Children's Salt Therapy sessions.
•    One accompanying adult may attend a Children's Salt Therapy session free of charge with each child attending.
•    One Wellness Plus session is required for each child attending.
•    Additional children may attend the same session for £10 per child, subject to prior approval and availability.
•    Additional adults may attend the same session for £15 per adult, subject to prior approval and availability.
•    All additional attendees remain subject to room capacity.
•    Children aged 13 years and over are required to attend the Adult Salt Room and must use their own Wellness Plus session.
•    Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to limit or refuse additional attendees where necessary to maintain the comfort, safety and wellbeing of all clients.
 

6. Additional Top-Up Sessions
Members who have completed the 3 consecutive monthly payment qualification period may purchase additional sessions at 50% off the standard session price.
 

Top-Up Sessions:
• Are subject to availability

• Must be used by the active Member only

• Cannot be transferred outside the Membership account

• Are only available while Membership remains active

Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to modify or withdraw this benefit at any time.

 

7. Membership Payments
Membership payments are collected monthly by recurring payment.

It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure payment details remain valid and sufficient funds are available.

 

If a payment fails:
• Membership access may be suspended immediately

• Future bookings may be restricted

• Membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved

Repeated failed payments may result in Membership cancellation.

 

8. Booking & Session Usage
Members may book sessions up to the monthly allowance included within their Membership Plan.

Monthly session allowances reset automatically each Membership month.
Membership may be used for adult or children’s salt therapy sessions.

Membership sessions must be used in accordance with these Terms and clinic booking policies.

 

All Membership activity, including bookings, session balances, Rollover Sessions and benefit eligibility, is managed directly through Salt Clinic MK’s internal booking system and not through any website member account. Salt Clinic MK’s internal records shall serve as the official record of Membership usage and entitlement.
 

For children’s sessions, one accompanying adult may attend free of charge per child booking.​

9. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their Membership at any time. To cancel a Membership, the Member must submit a cancellation request directly to Salt Clinic MK by email, phone or any other approved communication method.

​

Cancellation requests must be received before the next scheduled payment date in order to prevent the following month’s payment from being collected.

​

Cancelling a Direct Debit instruction with the bank or payment provider alone does not constitute formal Membership cancellation. Members remain responsible for ensuring a cancellation request has been received and confirmed by Salt Clinic MK.

 

If Membership is cancelled:
• Future recurring payments will stop once cancellation has been processed

• Any previously accumulated unused Rollover Sessions may continue to be used after cancellation until exhausted

• Enhanced Membership benefits including Top-Up Sessions, complimentary wellness events, annual reward sessions and guest usage benefits end immediately upon cancellation

 

No refunds will be provided for partially used Membership periods or unused monthly sessions.
Where Membership is cancelled before the Member has completed 3 consecutive successful monthly payments, enhanced Membership benefits will not apply.

10. Rejoining Membership
If a member cancels their Membership and later wishes to rejoin, the following conditions apply:

• If the Member has no accumulated Rollover Sessions remaining after cancellation, they may rejoin 6 months from the date of cancellation

• If the Member has accumulated unused Rollover Sessions remaining after cancellation, those sessions may continue to be used, however the Member may only rejoin 6 months after their final Rollover Session has been used

• Any previously accumulated unused Rollover Sessions from a previous Membership will not carry forward into any future Membership

• Where a member rejoins after cancellation, the 3 consecutive monthly payment qualification period for enhanced Membership benefits will restart from the beginning
Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to approve or decline any future Membership reactivation request.

11. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
All Membership bookings remain subject to Salt Clinic MK’s standard booking policies.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being deducted from the Member’s available sessions.

 

12. Membership Changes
Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to:
• Amend Membership pricing

• Modify Membership benefits

• Change Membership structures or availability

• Withdraw or discontinue Membership plans
Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

13. General Conditions
Membership is intended for personal use only.

Memberships cannot be resold, transferred or shared except where permitted under the Rollover Session guest policy contained in these Terms.

Any misuse of Membership benefits may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.

The Clinic reserves the right to refuse or terminate Membership where these Terms are breached.

14. Liability
Salt therapy is intended as a complementary wellness service and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Members are responsible for ensuring salt therapy is suitable for themselves and for any family member or guest attending under their Membership benefits.

Salt Clinic MK accepts no responsibility for individual health outcomes resulting from use of services.

15. Agreement
By purchasing a Wellness Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
