SALT CLINIC MK WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Membership Overview
Salt Clinic MK Wellness Memberships are designed to provide flexible, ongoing access to salt therapy sessions for clients looking to make salt therapy part of a regular long-term wellness routine.
Memberships operate on a monthly recurring payment basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Membership Plans
Essential Membership
£70 per month
Includes immediate access to:
• Up to 5 salt therapy sessions per month
• Additional top-up sessions at 50% of the current standard session price once monthly allocated sessions have been fully used
Premium Membership
£125 per month
Includes immediate access to:
• Up to 10 salt therapy sessions per month
• Additional top-up sessions at 50% of the current standard session price once monthly allocated sessions have been fully used
Memberships are issued for one named member only and may be purchased for either an adult or child member.
The purchaser of a membership does not need to be the membership holder. However, all membership benefits apply solely to the registered named member.
For memberships purchased for children:
• One accompanying adult may attend free of charge per child session booking
Where additional attendees are requested for child sessions, this may be accommodated subject to operational capacity.
Additional attendance charges:
• Additional child – £15 per visit
• Additional adult – £20 per visit
Memberships are personal and may not be shared, transferred or used by another person.
Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to limit or refuse additional attendees where necessary.
3. Monthly Session Usage
• Monthly sessions may be used during the active billing period
• Sessions reset each billing cycle
• Unused monthly sessions expire monthly
• Monthly sessions do not roll over
• Maximum one session per day may be booked unless otherwise agreed by Salt Clinic MK
4. Membership Loyalty Benefits
After 3 continuous months of active membership, additional loyalty benefits become available.
Essential Membership Benefits:
• 7 Additional Annual Flex Sessions
• Early access notification for future wellness events
• Member discounted pricing on selected wellness events
• Earn 1 Bonus Flex Session for every completed continuous membership year
Premium Membership Benefits
• 12 Additional Annual Flex Sessions
• Early access notification for future wellness events
• Member discounted pricing on selected wellness events
• Earn 2 Bonus Flex Sessions for every completed continuous membership year
5. Flex Sessions
Flex Sessions are included to provide additional flexibility and help maintain membership value during periods of planned clinic closures, public holidays, annual leave periods and other operational closures.
Flex Sessions become available after completion of 3 continuous months of active membership.
Flex Sessions:
• May only be used after monthly allocated sessions have been fully used
• Must be booked using Salt Clinic MK’s standard booking process rather than membership booking option
• Do not count toward monthly session allowance
• Expire annually if unused
• Cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged or carried forward
Bonus Flex Sessions follow the same usage rules.
6. Additional Top-Up Sessions
Once a member has fully used their allocated monthly membership sessions, additional top-up sessions may be purchased at 50% of the current standard session price.
To access this benefit:
• Members may request a top-up session directly from Salt Clinic MK or purchase in person at the clinic
• Where requested remotely, Salt Clinic MK will issue a private payment link to active eligible members only
• Payment links are issued individually to the registered member only
• Payment links are valid for 24 hours from time of issue
• Expired payment links automatically become invalid and may require a new request
• Top-up payment links may not be shared, transferred or used by another person
• Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to refuse requests where membership eligibility cannot be verified
Top-up sessions purchased at the clinic remain subject to standard booking availability.
7. Wellness Event Benefits
After 3 continuous months of active membership:
• Early access notification before selected wellness events are released publicly
• Member discounted pricing on selected wellness events
These benefits are discretionary and may change periodically.
8. Booking Policy
• All sessions must be booked in advance through Salt Clinic MK booking systems
• Bookings remain subject to availability
• Advance booking is recommended during busy periods
9. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments
• Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in sessions being deducted from monthly sessions, Flex Sessions or other benefit allowances
• Repeated no-shows may result in membership restrictions
10. Membership Payments & Duration
• Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• No minimum contract applies
• Membership remains active while payments remain up to date
• Payments are non-refundable
Failed payments may result in suspension of membership access.
11. Membership Cancellation
Memberships may be cancelled at any time prior to the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests submitted after a billing date will apply to the following billing cycle.
Membership benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Once membership expires following cancellation:
• Unused monthly sessions expire immediately
• Unused Flex Sessions expire immediately
• Unused Bonus Flex Sessions expire immediately
• Access to discounted top-up sessions ends immediately
• Event benefits end immediately
• Previously earned benefits expire immediately
Cancelled memberships do not retain previously earned benefits.
12. Membership Rejoining Policy
To maintain fairness for active members and protect membership benefits:
• Online membership purchases are limited to one membership purchase per customer account
• Members who cancel may not rejoin for 6 months from membership end date
• Returning members wishing to rejoin must contact Salt Clinic MK directly
• Rejoining eligibility will be reviewed at Salt Clinic MK discretion
• Rejoining members are treated as new members
• All previously earned benefits reset upon cancellation
• 3 month qualification period restarts upon rejoining
Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to approve or decline future membership applications where repeated attempts to circumvent membership terms are identified.
13. General Terms
• Memberships are personal and non-transferable
• Memberships may not be shared or assigned
• Membership-only booking links, payment links, discounts and member benefits issued by Salt Clinic MK are intended solely for the registered membership holder
• Abuse of the membership system may result in suspension or cancellation
• Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to amend pricing, benefits, services or membership terms where reasonably necessary
