SALT CLINIC MK: WELLNESS PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Salt Clinic MK Wellness Pass (“Pass”) is a fixed-term wellness programme designed for clients who would like to attend salt therapy regularly over a three-month period, while providing some flexibility for unused sessions.
By purchasing the Pass, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Pass Overview
The Wellness Pass is available throughout the year and includes:
• 3 Salt Therapy Sessions per month
• Monthly payment of £49
• Fixed commitment of 3 consecutive months
• Total of up to 9 included sessions across the 3-month Pass period
• Additional Top-Up Sessions available at 50% off the standard single-session price
The Pass is separate from Salt Clinic MK’s ongoing Wellness Memberships and other session packages.
2. Pass Availability
The Wellness Pass is available to purchase throughout the year, subject to availability and Salt Clinic MK continuing to offer the Pass.
• The Pass begins from the date of activation/purchase.
• The Pass runs for 3 consecutive months.
• Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to withdraw the Pass from sale or amend its availability for new purchases where reasonably necessary.
• Any changes to availability will not affect a Pass that has already been purchased and is active, except where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside the Clinic’s control.
3. Payment Terms
Pass fees are collected monthly by recurring payment.
• £49 will be charged monthly for 3 consecutive months.
• By purchasing the Pass, you agree to complete the full 3-month commitment.
• The Pass cannot normally be cancelled during the active 3-month commitment period.
• Failed or missed payments may result in suspension of Pass benefits until payment has been successfully collected.
The total cost of the Pass over the full 3-month term is £147.
4. Session Allowance
Pass holders are entitled to:
• Up to 3 Salt Therapy Sessions per active Pass month.
• A total of up to 9 included sessions during the 3-month Pass period.
Sessions may be booked subject to Clinic availability and Salt Clinic MK’s standard booking procedures.
Unused included sessions are governed by the rollover policy below.
5. Session Rollover
To provide additional flexibility during the 3-month Pass period, unused included sessions may be carried forward under the following conditions:
• A maximum of 3 unused sessions may be rolled over during the Pass period.
• Any eligible unused sessions remaining at the end of the 3-month Pass must be used within 30 days of the final payment date.
• Any sessions not used within this period will automatically expire.
• Expired sessions cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged or extended.
Salt Clinic MK will not normally provide extensions beyond the stated validity period.
6. Top-Up Sessions – 50% Off
Clients with an active Wellness Pass may purchase additional Salt Therapy Sessions at 50% off the standard single-session price.
• The standard single-session price is currently £35.
• Pass holders may therefore purchase a Top-Up Session for £17.50 per session.
• Top-Up Sessions are additional to the 3 included sessions provided each month.
• The Top-Up discount is available only while the Wellness Pass is active.
• Top-Up Sessions are for the registered Pass holder and cannot be shared or transferred.
• Top-Up Sessions are subject to appointment availability and Salt Clinic MK’s standard booking and cancellation policies.
• The Top-Up discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
• Top-Up Sessions do not form part of the rollover allowance.
Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to amend its standard session price. Where the standard session price changes, the Top-Up price will be calculated at 50% of the applicable standard single-session price.
7. Booking Policy
All bookings remain subject to Salt Clinic MK’s standard booking policies.
Pass holders are responsible for booking their sessions in advance.
• Salt Clinic MK cannot guarantee availability for specific dates or times.
• Standard cancellation policies apply to all bookings made using the Pass or Top-Up Sessions.
• Repeated late cancellations or failure to attend appointments may result in loss of the relevant session entitlement.
All bookings and session balances are managed directly through Salt Clinic MK’s booking system.
8. Non-Transferable Pass
Pass benefits are personal to the registered Pass holder.
• Included sessions cannot be shared with family members, friends or third parties, except for the specific Children’s Session arrangements set out in Section 9.
• Sessions cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• The Pass cannot be reassigned once activated.
Misuse of the Pass may result in suspension or termination of Pass access.
9. Children’s Session Use
The Wellness Pass may also be used for Children’s Salt Therapy Sessions, subject to the following conditions:
• Sessions may be booked for either Adult Salt Therapy Sessions or Children’s Salt Therapy Sessions.
• Children aged 6 months to 12 years may use the Pass when attending a Children’s Salt Therapy Session.
• Each child booking includes one accompanying adult free of charge.
• For clients aged 13 years and over, sessions take place in our Adult Salt Room and they will therefore require their own individual 3-Month Wellness Pass.
• Additional children attending the same Children’s Session will be charged £10 per child, per visit.
• Additional adults attending the same Children’s Session will be charged £15 per adult, per visit.
• Additional attendees are subject to prior approval by Salt Clinic MK and available space within the Children’s Salt Room.
• Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to limit or refuse additional attendees where capacity, safety or operational requirements require.
All Pass benefits remain assigned to the registered Pass holder and cannot otherwise be shared or transferred outside the conditions stated above.
10. Refund Policy
Payments made under the Pass are non-refundable, subject to any statutory rights that may apply.
Refunds will not normally be issued for:
• Unused sessions
• Missed appointments
• Failure to complete the full 3-month Pass term
• A change of personal circumstances after purchase
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
11. Pass Changes or Termination
Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Wellness Pass for future purchases where reasonably necessary.
Any material changes affecting an existing active Pass will be communicated where appropriate.
Salt Clinic MK may suspend or terminate Pass access where these Terms & Conditions are breached.
12. Standard Clinic Policies
Participation in the Wellness Pass remains subject to Salt Clinic MK’s general booking, cancellation, attendance and Clinic policies.
Where applicable, these Terms & Conditions should be read alongside Salt Clinic MK’s general Terms & Conditions.
