Tara's salt Diary:
My Health Journey

Hi, my name is Tara.
I began my journey at the Salt Clinic on 26th February 2025.
I first heard about the clinic six years ago, when my granddaughter—just 18 months old at the time—was seriously ill with asthma and chronic chest conditions. She was in and out of hospital and, heartbreakingly, nearly lost her life.

Everything changed after she started salt therapy at the clinic. It was truly life-changing. Her hospital admissions dropped to zero. She’s now eight years old. While she still catches the occasional cold, her chest has remained far stronger, and even during multiple bouts of COVID, she never needed hospitalisation.
Recently, one of my younger grandchildren started using the clinic too. She often suffers from persistent coughs and colds. After just her first session, we saw a difference: she slept soundly that night, and her thick green mucus turned clear and runny almost immediately after the session. The impact was visible right away.
Having seen how much the Salt Clinic helped my grandchildren, I thought—why not try it for myself?
I suffer from COPD, multiple allergies, and chronic sinus issues that have plagued me for the last 10 months. I also live with fibromyalgia and severe insomnia, which has made sleep nearly impossible.
During Harleigh’s first visit, I sat in reception chatting with Linh. She could instantly tell I was struggling with my sinuses and mentioned it was one of the worst cases she’d seen. She shared her own experience with similar issues and how salt therapy had helped her heal. Her story gave me hope and the encouragement I needed.
I booked my first two-hour session for 26th February. I walked into the salt room feeling completely congested—but by the time I left, I could feel a noticeable difference. Linh was very honest with me: given how severe my symptoms are, it may take several sessions to see full results. Still, after witnessing the transformation in my grandchildren, I truly believe this will work.
I’ll be documenting my journey as it unfolds—so stay tuned for updates!
