Your First Salt Therapy Session – What to Expect
1. Reserve or Enquire
Book online at your convenience or contact us if you require any guidance before scheduling.
2. Arrive 10 Minutes Early for Registration & Consultation
Upon arrival, complete a brief registration and a short consultation so we can understand your goals and any health considerations. Then secure your belongings in a locker; we’ll provide disposable shoe covers and a hair net before you enter the salt room.
3. 60-Minute Salt Session
We will escort you to the room you reserved:
• Adult Salt Room – a calm, quiet space designed for deep relaxation and respiratory wellness. To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, talking is not allowed during adult sessions.
• Children’s Salt Room – stocked with toys and books, creating a comfortable space for children while they breathe the salt-infused air.
