Effective Date: 2nd July 2026

The Salt Clinic MK Summer Wellness Pass (“Programme”) is a limited-time summer wellness offer designed to help clients maintain consistency throughout the summer period while offering additional flexibility around holidays, changing schedules and the Clinic’s planned August closure.
By purchasing this Programme, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
 
1. Programme Overview
The Summer Wellness Pass is a fixed-term promotional wellness programme available for a limited launch period only.
The Programme includes:
•    3 Salt Therapy Sessions per month
•    Monthly payment of £39 per month
•    Fixed commitment of 3 consecutive months
•    Total of up to 9 sessions across the Programme period
This Programme is separate from Salt Clinic MK’s standard Wellness Membership plans.
 
2. Limited Offer Availability
The Summer Wellness Pass is a limited promotional offer.
•    Available for 7 days only from the official launch date unless withdrawn sooner.
•    Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to limit the number of Programme spaces available.
•    Once the offer period closes, this Programme will no longer be available for purchase.
 
3. Payment Terms
Programme fees are collected monthly by recurring payment.
•    £39 will be charged monthly for 3 consecutive months.
•    By joining, you agree to complete the full 3-month commitment period.
•    The Programme cannot be cancelled during the active 3-month commitment period.
Failed or missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of Programme benefits.
 
4. Session Allowance
Members are entitled to:
•    Up to 3 Salt Therapy Sessions per active membership month.
Sessions may be booked subject to clinic availability and Salt Clinic MK’s standard booking procedures.
Unused sessions are governed by the rollover policy below.
 
5. Session Rollover
To provide flexibility during the summer period, including holidays and Salt Clinic MK’s scheduled August closure, unused sessions may be carried forward under the following conditions:
•    A maximum of 3 unused sessions may roll over during the Programme period.
•    Any eligible unused sessions remaining after the final membership payment must be used within 30 days of the final payment date.
•    Any sessions not used within this period will automatically expire.
•    Expired sessions cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged or extended.
Salt Clinic MK will not provide extensions beyond the stated validity period.
 
6. Scheduled August Closure
Salt Clinic MK will be closed for approximately 10 days during August as part of a planned summer closure.
The rollover flexibility included within this Programme has been designed to provide additional flexibility around this scheduled closure period.
No refunds, discounts or alternative compensation will be offered in relation to this planned closure.
 
7. Booking Policy
All bookings remain subject to Salt Clinic MK’s standard booking policies.
Members are responsible for booking sessions in advance.
•    Salt Clinic MK cannot guarantee availability for specific dates or times.
•    Standard cancellation policies remain applicable to all bookings made under this Programme.
•    Repeated late cancellations or failure to attend appointments may result in loss of session entitlement.
All bookings and session balances are managed directly through Salt Clinic MK’s internal booking system.
 
8. Non-Transferable Programme
Programme benefits are personal to the registered member account.
•    Sessions cannot be shared with family members, friends or third parties.
•    Sessions cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
•    Programme access cannot be reassigned once activated.
Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of Programme access.
 
9. Children’s Session Use
The Summer Wellness Pass may also be used for Children’s Salt Therapy Sessions, subject to the following conditions:
•    Sessions may be booked for either Adult Salt Therapy Sessions or Children’s Salt Therapy Sessions.
•    Each child booking includes one accompanying adult free of charge.
•    Additional children attending the same session will be charged £10 per child, per visit.
•    Additional adults attending the same session will be charged £15 per adult, per visit.
•    Additional attendees are subject to prior approval by Salt Clinic MK and available space within the Children’s Salt Room.
•    Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to limit or refuse additional attendees where capacity, safety or operational requirements require.
Programme benefits remain assigned to the registered member account and cannot otherwise be shared outside of the conditions stated above.
 

10. Refund Policy
Payments made under this Programme are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:
•    Unused sessions
•    Missed appointments
•    Failure to complete the full Programme term
•    Change of personal circumstances after purchase
 
11. Programme Changes or Termination
Salt Clinic MK reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Programme where reasonably necessary.
Salt Clinic MK may suspend or terminate Programme access where these Terms & Conditions are breached.
 
12. Standard Clinic Policies
Participation in this Programme remains subject to Salt Clinic MK’s general booking, attendance and clinic policies.
